Baron Games Lunch Time Activities

April 15th: Mellow Monday

Students came to school dressed comfortably in their sweats and pajamas. The Gold and Blue teams competed in the lunchtime activity of eating donuts off a string without the use of their hands. The Gold team won this first competition.

April 16th: Turn It Around Tuesday

Teachers dressed as students while students dressed either as teachers, or in business attire.

FVHS Blue Team seniors and freshmen had a taco eating contest against the FVHS Gold Team sophomores and juniors at lunch in the bowl.

Six people on each team lined up on either side of the table. Each person was given a taco and a bottle of water to wash it down with. The team that finished twenty tacos first donated by Taco Bell would win five points.

With Mr. Fragier hosting the contest, the Blue team immediately took the lead and won with tacos to spare, bringing the current Baron Games score to 6v5 in the Blue team’s favor.

April 17th: Where’s Waldo Wednesday

Student dressed up as the well-know character, Waldo, in stripes, beanies, and glasses. At lunch, the Gold and Blue teams competed in a balloon relay, racing down the bowl to pop the balloon first.

Teammates passed a balloon between their bodies around in a relay race. The Blue team won, bringing the total score up to 11v5.

April 18th: Thrift Shop Thursday

Barons wore ugly sweaters, graphic tees, fur coats, and other vintage wear. The lunch time activity consisted of Blue and Gold team members moving a rubber band from their face to their neck without the use of their hands.

April 19th: Seniors & Freshman wear Blue and Sophomores & Juniors wear Gold.

The last day is the day of the Baron Games, which will be held during 3rd period.
