For the very first time in Foutain Valley High School history, the boys’ varsity tennis team came out on top in CIF Division 2.

To celebrate their accomplishment, students gathered around the bowl during break to hear a speech from Dr. Morgan Smith and the well-established man that brought the team to this point, Head Coach Harshul Patel.

The boys entered the stage with masses of people cheering and showing their love for each athlete. The cheer squad and marching band also performed before the boys were introduced to give even more encouragement and celebration. The support shown from their fellow peers struck the new champions with surprise and boosted the spirits of everyone around.

To add even more fun, the boys and Patel autographed tennis balls to hand out to the school. Easily, we can see that this team is just a ball of light-hearted, goofy guys just trying to have fun while doing there best out there on the courts.
