We’ve all been there. It’s a few days before Christmas and you’re scrambling to get your holiday shopping done. But as the clock’s ticking and the pressure’s rising, there’s only so much you can do in so little time. Yes, you probably should’ve prepared something a few weeks in advance and yes, you probably should’ve left more time for those items to ship to your house for free. But fear not! Here are 14 last-minute Christmas gifts that you can give, depending on who’s on your list:

For a friend:

  • a mug with their favorite candy inside
  • a jar full of puns
  • homemade treats
  • gift cards

Whether you’re aiming for something sentimental or for something that they’d actually use, the range from candy and gift cards to puns and homemade treats will probably never fail. Depending on the one(s) you choose, one of these classic gift ideas will definitely pique their interest.

For a mom:

  • photo albums
  • picture frames
  • a tea wreath

If you’re looking for an easy and last-minute gift idea for your mom, photo albums and picture frames displaying important memories and/or family portraits can go a long way. A tea wreath can also be a simple yet considerate gift gesture if your mom is the type of person to relax by having a cup.

For a dad:

  • coffee mugs
  • a coffee mixture

Dads inevitably love coffee and some may even say that they function on it. Coffee mugs and coffee mixtures would be two great gifts that your dad will most definitely make use of!

For a sibling:

  • a gingerbread house kit
  • hot cocoa mix

Although it’s sometimes hard to keep track of what your siblings are into, nothing could go wrong with a few festive kits and activities to get the holiday spirit going! Making hot cocoa and building gingerbread houses are classic Christmas traditions that never fail to be fun. In regards to this, those elements can guarantee that your siblings won’t be disappointed.

For a special person:

  • a jar full of compliments
  • a holiday card
  • a box of their favorite snacks

Holiday cards, jars of compliments and boxes of snacks are some sentimental gift ideas that might impress that special someone. These ideas are doable in a short amount of time and could be looked upon as thoughtful and maybe even heartwarming.

Each of these gift ideas can be achieved in a short amount of time and require little to no effort to make or purchase. The materials needed for them could all be purchased at your local Target and won’t cease to meet your person’s expectations. But if all else fails, you can’t go wrong with giving someone cash!
