DIY de-stress kit to help you cope with finals week

Finals week is creeping up on us Barons, and we’re too stressed out to even think. These items are easy to find and are essential in helping you survive those long nights spent studying. You can make this for yourself or give it to fellow students stressing out.

Here’s the list:

  • A box to put all your items, it can also be a makeup bag or even a ziplock bag!
  • Your favorite candy, precede with caution to prevent sugar crashes!
  • Face masks, to take care of yourself
  • Healthy snacks: granola bars, fruit snacks, cereal, dried fruits etc.
  • Hair tie, hair bands, clips, to get it out of your face
  • Lip balm, keep you moisturizer throughout your study sessions
  • Hand cream, keep your hands soft after holding your pencils for too long
  • Mini candles, sent diffusers, to calm yourself down
  • Stationery items: post its, pencils, erasers
  • Tea bags/ coffee packets/ energy packets to help you going through the night
  • Pictures, from good times with friends and family to remind you that it’s all worth it in the end
