Boys’ golf gets shocked by Edison Chargers

By Brian Pham

Tuesday afternoon the Boys’ varsity golf team faced off against Edison at the Willowick at their home course of Willowick Golf Course. Despite a hard fought game the Barons lost in a score of 184-209.

“I felt our team played pretty well” Boys’ Varsity golf coach Carter Keyser said. “We just ran into a very tough Edison team.”

Despite the loss the Barons played well. Some key players during this game were Junior Justin Dang and Senior Brayden Grant who both sot 40.

“If we continue to play like this I feel like we have a real chance to win the wave league” Keyser said.

The boys’ next game will be at the Shady Canyon Golf Course on April 19th at 3.30 p.m.
