Summer Workout Plans

Exercising is a very important part of life for weight loss and overall health. When the summertime comes, a majority start to hit the gym and become more aware of their choices in diet, exercise and daily routines.

More people have time in the summer which is why it is the perfect time to exercise indoors or outdoors and by yourself or with friends. The possibilities are endless including gyms that offer special classes and trainers throughout the summer with amazing deals that allow people to work hard and stay fit.

In order to have a successful summer workout, it is important to keep a schedule that allows the best fit for your body. Each person is different and has a variety of workout routines best suited for them to improve their body and decrease health conditions.

A daily exercise routine for weekday or weekend can be listed below:

Arms

1. 20 pushups

2. 20 Triangle pushups

3. 20 air lifts

4. 40 air punches

Repeat three times

Abs

1. 20 crunches

2. 1-minute plank

3. 20 oblique twists

4. 20 left side crunches, 20 right side crunches

Repeat three times

Legs

1. 20 squats

2. 30 lunges

3. 40 calf raises

4. 100 jumping jacks

5. 40 sumo squats

6. 50-second wall sit

All the exercises above can be altered and can be fit to the pace of anyone’s liking but it is important to know that exercising is more for the health of your body. Exercising can be a year-round commitment and not only for the summer but it’s best to know that summer offers such a great time for a change.
