The doubles teams managed to win every single one of their sets, working hard with one another to obtain this amazing feat.

Seniors Kaylee Tran and Emily Tran won their first and third set with a score of 6-3, and their second with a flawless score of 6-0.

Seniors Paige Ngo and Christy Chau won their first two sets, securing a score of 7-5 for both, and finished their third set strong with a score of 6-0.

Sophomore Iris Chau and senior Skylar Ngo won 6-0 during their first set, 6-1 during their second, and 6-2 during their final set.

According to Christy Chau, keeping a positive attitude during matches is something that helped them do so well during this game.

“I think going into matches as a very optimistic team is what made us play especially well during this game,” Christy Chau said. “We all came in with a positive mindset and we knew that if we put in our best effort that we would have succeeded, which worked!”

The girls are set to move forward to League Finals, which will take place from May 3 to May 7.
