It looks like a promising year for our surf team! When asked how their team was going to do this year, students had much to say.
“I think we will do pretty well this year. We are practicing hard every day for upcoming competitions,” stated Maddy Johnson (’14), a 2 year member on the surf team.
Unfortunately the coach was not available for comments. It is this reporters hope that the surf team will do even better this year than they did last year! Maybe we will get a higher place during the final competition in December ( last year, surf team placed fourth). Regardless, we wish the surf team of 2011/2012 the best of luck this season.
